order! If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 3 days to
address any issues.
Almost every items created is customized to the needs of the customer. Therefore refunds are not offered on custom work.
You can purchase with confidence though, every item comes with our backing. If something becomes loose or broken on the item you may ship it back (shipping to be covered by purchaser) and we will be happy to fix it! If the item is damaged beyond repair those cases will be handled on an individual basis.
Sizing is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In some cases rings can be re-sized
and those will be handled on a case by case basis. All shipping cost will fall to the

All orders are shipped through the USPS system (unless otherwise discussed with company.) Once the item(s) leave Klose To My Heart’s hands the responsibility is on the purchaser and postal service. Klose To My Heart is not responsible for any damage done in shipping or lost/stolen item(s) during shipping. Insurance is available to cover your purchase during shipping, please be sure to purchase shipping at the time of ordering.
